Japan Post Letter Pack Plus: Within 4kg, special envelope from the post office can hold many magazines and books. It has a tracking number. Flat rate fee anywhere in Japan: 520 yen.

Japan Post Yu-Pack (parcel): has different rates depending on zones. The maximum size is A+B+C=170cm.
