The Best of Trek #2 is one of the best as it has a fascinating timeline and narrative about the rise of Khan and the conflicts he participated in and helped spark around the world. Though ironically when it comes to the "genetic superman" who spread chaos and death on Earth, Khan was only about the third worst.
